The Smugglers Wheel Restaurant

This 17th Century ( Grade II listed ) restaurant, once the haunt of Smugglers, is situated in the picturesque village of Boreham Street ( on the A271 ) not far from Herstmonceux and has magnificent views across the countryside to Norman's Bay and, on a clear day, the sea.

With its oak beams and large open fireplaces it has lots of character and charm but still maintains a friendly and intimate atmosphere.

Facilities include main restaurant, bar, private dining rooms, marquee, large car park and extensive grounds.
